Grace Sexton is an emerging arts administrator with a passion for building community through music. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Patron Services at the New England Conservatory of Music, directing front-of-house and box office teams and logistics for hundreds of performances annually.

She has held communications, marketing, and administrative roles across several arts organizations, including Mistral Music and Texans for the Arts. Her work spans concert production, digital marketing and sales strategy, customer service, and team management, serving at the intersection of artistic programming and audience engagement.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Business for Southwestern University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Outside of her administrative work, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, cozy hobbies, and can often be found reading by the Charles River.
