Tenor Nick Karageorgiou is a chamber musician and soloist. As a member of the Choir of Trinity Church in New York City he performs a wide array of choral repertoire from baroque gems to new commissions and—dabbling in haute-contre—has sung “O Thou That Tellest Good Tidings to Zion” and “How Beautiful Are the Feet” in Trinity’s annual performance of Messiah. He has appeared as the Narrator in a reimagined role of Craig Hella Johnson’s oratorio Considering Matthew Shepard, and can also be heard singing with Seraphic Fire, Clarion Music Society, Ampersand, Variant Six, TENET, and Skylark. Previous engagements have included ensembles such as Yale Choral Artists, Pegasus Early Music Society, True Concord, The Crossing, Spire, The Thirteen, and The Rose Ensemble. The 2026–2027 season marks Nick’s first performances with Blue Heron, and he is ecstatic to collaborate with its exceptional musicians.
Outside of a busy musical life, Nick is busy tending to his rooftop garden at home in Brooklyn, reading a book, cooking something delicious, or playing a video game.
